I had to return my Crosby due to the leather cracking/wearing unbelievably fast. I'm considering a pebble leather Edie or swagger, a crosshatch crosby, or croc prince st. What recommendations do you have about leather wear? I was so disappointed in my crosby having to return it. I need something that is going to wear well.

In the past, I mostly have had satchels. What do you think about size? The larger swagger or the medium? I KNOW the small would be wayyyy too small for me. I'm 5'3 and about a size 18/20.
The only thing I don't like about the Swagger is the fact that it doesnt have an easy access pocket for a cell phone.
By large, do you mean the swagger 37? I haven't seen it In person but it looks pretty big on the model on coach.com. i think a medium is good. I agree that an outside pocket would be great on the swagger. It looks like the prairie is the only one with an outside pocket. Would the Edie and Crosby be ok since they are not zipped shut so you can more easily access your cell phone? Good luck deciding.
I think that I might love the Sagger so much that I can overlook the outside pocket. I don't always have to keep it completely zipped.... (Maybe I'm just looking for an excuse to buy one.)
Me too! I don't usually do satchels but just wanted it so much that I said it's fine as long as it has a shoulder strap.
Is the Swagger overly heavy? My closest Coach store is 2.5 hours away. I could possibly see a few bags an hour away at a small Dillards.
I don't think it's overly heavy but I have the 27 size (it's bigger than the teeny 20 size). The medium and the large (37) might be heavier. I have read on the forum that others think it is heavy (some even returned it for that reason). Over in the swagger clubhouse thread, post #190, I believe Jesssh said the medium weighs about 2.75 lbs empty.
What do you guys think of the new colors? I'm trying to decide about the nude, black or color. I LOVE the white but that bag would be the "hot mess express" with me. It would be dirty in no time.
In swagger I would go for the black. Black is awesome.
The nude color is nice, but can get dirty.
