Definitely Asscher cut. It’s classier and more unique IMO. You don’t really see this cut all that often. Plus, it’s in higher carat than the Cushion cut you’re looking at.

Step cuts definitely look classier on the ear as studs. Just make sure to choose a higher-ish color or one that appears white to the naked eye. Some diamonds don’t look great on paper but are gorgeous in real life.
As for inclusions, you can get away with a lot more seeing that their earrings, but don’t go too low.

thank you all! the asschers are H-I color but again some things look better in person than on paper. I will have to see them in person to know.
