Help me choose - Birthday gift

Hi guys just needed your help to choose a birthday gift for me!
I love jewelry I love collecting I love wearing and even admiring your jewelry here in the forum and this year im going to be 26 and wanted to buy a piece of jewelry to add to my collection to be worn on an everyday basis so this is what I wear everyday:
- Tag Heur Aquaracer watch with diamonds (gold and silver)
- Love Ring in YG
- Diamond Studs in WG
- And then i switch from Hermes Clic H or a David Yurman bracelet
- Cartier double C logo pendant in WG

I don't want to spend more than 1500$ and I really want something to be worn with my other pieces everyday I also prefer either Cartier/Tiffany or Hermes any ideas?

Have you considered a DBTY pendant? Tiffany is known for the design and would have different metal options in your price point.

I don't know if you're engaged or married but if not I'd look at a ring for your other hand from one of the designers you like.
