Help me choose an everyday purse for my wife

My wife recently shared with me that she feels that her everyday purses are a little dated and she'd like to get something new. I have no idea what make or model her current everyday purses are. I guess she doesn't consider the purses/bags I have recently given her as everyday but she loves them. Here are the three biggest recent winners: Birkin (30cm chocolate with platinum hardware), LV small pink leather purse and Tom Ford black leather "carry all".

We are in our late 40s with kids in college and high school. She wants something that's not too showy that she can bring to a PTA meeting or the club. Is another Hermes bag too showy? My guess is she wants something a little smaller in size to the Birkin.

IMO she/you cannot go wrong with a Bolide whichever size or leather (I have 3 )

They're much easier to get, although color and size definitely affect availability. If your wife feels the Birkin is too "showy", a Bolide may be a great answer. I would try to find out what she means by "dated", though. Does she want a bright color or a very edgy or very au courant design?

How about a 24/24 in the 29 size holds all your everyday items and is still under the radar as a Hermes bag.

I would agree with the above poster that 24/24 in size 29 is fantastic or the Halzan 31 would be a great everyday bag especially with the cross body functionality!

I think the Bolide would be a great choice for a classic but not showy bag for your wife!

How about picotin or evelyne? Evelyne is casual and has a strap that can cross body and for more under the radar (wear the H towards the body). Pico, handheld and not too showy.

I vote for Evelyne, a great X-body bag she can wear 'H' side out or 'H' to the back.
She can change the look by adding different straps
My idea of a great gift with be an Evelyne with a spare funky strap.
Lots of colours to choose from too

Another vote for Bolide. You shouldn't have any trouble - there are 11 different color/HW combos of the "regular" version on H.com right now. You should also ask your SA about the 1923 version.

If she wants a not flashy bag, I would go for Evelyne or bolide. A leather garden party is lovely too.
