Help me choose a travel bag!

I am wanting to upgrade my Neverfull MM to either the GM or most recently considering the Speedy Bandouliere 40. I want something that can still fit under the cabin seat and used as a "personal item" as I will also be using the Horizon 55 as my carry on. I recently got a beautiful pre-loved Nice Mini and a vintage Trousse 23 that I want to pack in it along with a kindle, wallet, light sweater etc.

Any advice on which would be better or what you personally prefer? Thanks!

I think the speedy bandolier 40 is a bit big, my max on my body is the 35. But as I get older, the 30 is my new max. I like the Mon Mono right now, it would be so cool to choose some beautiful colors and make it your own. A custom speedy on top of the Horizon 55 would be super cool. I assume you have the regular monogram Horizon 55? The duo would make a beautiful combo.

I think the speedy bandolier 40 is a bit big, my max on my body is the 35. But as I get older, the 30 is my new max. I like the Mon Mono right now, it would be so cool to choose some beautiful colors and make it your own. A custom speedy on top of the Horizon 55 would be super cool. I assume you have the regular monogram Horizon 55? The duo would make a beautiful combo.

Thank you! I would only be using it for travel so I'm ok with a bit bigger to fit my things. Do you think a 35 would possibly fit the Nice Mini and a Trousse 23 toiletry bag? The mon mono would be fun! It looks like the largest is the 35 in that. Yes, I have the monogram in the Horizon

Well, on my frame (5'5), I cannot do 40 and I'm getting older so I hate carrying heavy things.

I don't know about a 35 fitting to fit the Nice Mini and the Trousseau 23. I usually use an organizer in my bag, pouch to accommodate family passports, and a cosmetic PM to carry some makeup. Nothing too much.

I think the Mon Mono is so cool. I was thinking flight mode speedy 30 for travel too, but that one is sold out.

I do see a lot of people traveling with smaller personal items. I still don't know how to do that. Ive been watching a lot of travel downsize videos....

Thing is I don't carry a lot of toiletries when I travel. Blotting paper, eyeliner, lipstick, and my medicine, that's it. I go so light with my makeup when I travel. The rest can go in the carryon or luggage. I don't need them on a flight.

Okay, if I really needed makeup for the trip or for the day, I'm a little embraced to say sometimes I use ziplock bags. They are the best to prevent spills, clear to see what's inside, and molds into any space. I use a ziplock for my snacks as well.

Finally I came across this video and apparently Olivia Palermo does the same! Hahaha. It's not a cheapness thing, it's just functional.

I do use my TP 26 for electronics: chargers, AirPods, iPhone, and passports inside a big tote.

I have ordered the Neverfull MM in the Sari Red Inside out and it is to be delivered today! Although, I may return it for the Neverfull GM Inside Out - I love that passport lining.

The GM is HUGE though so not sure. I think it looks good cinched too though.
