My boyfriend of almost 8 years is attempting to discreetly find out what style engagement ring I want...i'm trying not to think too far into the stuff he says/asks, but he's terrible at being discreet and I always figure him out. To be honest, from what he's said, i think he already has a diamond and just needs a setting. I'm trying not to ruin it though because i never have ANY surprises...

Anyways, I have always wanted a ring just like these ones (more towards the one on the right that has a slightly thicker band than one on left) I found these 2 bands from James Allen that i ADORE, but i can't figure out which one is similar to the ones in the photo? Please share your opinions! Does anyone have these James Allen settings?

^Thanks for your replies!

I had spoken to the girl with the ring on the right, and she told me this is her band

I thought they looked similar but I guess I'm way off!

Unfortunately, that website won't sell just the setting by itself. I know he wants it to stay under $650 or less - have you seen any websites with something like that? I may have to just tell him to go with a plain solitaire

You won't be happy w/ a $650 pave setting's quality. Can you do a basic solitaire and upgrade that later?
I did because I had no idea what setting I wanted.

Do NOT buy a pave setting for that price. Swanky is right, get a plain solitare. The workmanship and the stone quality will suck and the stones will not sparkle much if at all.
