Help me choose a new bag! Gucci vs LV

I cant decide between the GG Marmont small matelassé shoulder bag in black or the LV Speedy 25B in Monogram.
I have a celine belt bag but am looking for a more day to day bag that i can throw on and that is lighter.

Most here will probably say Gucci. I’m a Gucci and Lv gal. I am not a marmont fan. Speedy b is a fantastic everyday bag that’s light and easy to use. Having said that, I prefer it in Damier ebene or azur. Just a personal preference. But the speedy b is one of my favorite bags. Classic, care free, easy to use.

I love the Gucci Marmont line, so would definitely keep that on the list for later; they're great bags! But, in my everyday life, there is a need for lightweight bags that hard-wearing. LV canvas (in any of the prints) fits this bill perfectly, and all of my LV canvas bags look as new as the day I bought them. I vote LV. Have fun deciding, and show us what you buy.

If you don’t have a LV canvas bag, get one! can’t go wrong with speedy 25, as much as I love leather bags I just love it that speedy is lightweight durable and weather proof
