Help me choose a MAC!

I’m deciding between a few different MAC options (some mini, some not). I have a bunch of LV bags, so it’s not my only handbag, but I still want something that go with everything! I just had a baby, and since I really don’t own any other cross bodies, I’ll be wearing it a lot more than my larger LVs. So my options and pros/cons:

• Black with black hardware - too dark for summer? But classic and cool.
• Black with gold hardware - too dark for summer? Gold a little boring? But a classic.
• Black with rainbow hardware - maybe rainbow hardware edges it up a bit for summer? Or too trendy?
• White with black hardware - I can’t see a downside except my sister doesn’t like it! LOL
• Iridescent - too trendy? Need more confidence behind it before I could say yes, but love it whenever I look at it.

Thanks for all advice/opinions!!

P.S. My sister has a white mini, so I am familiar with the size, but since I’m new to the brand myself, any pros/cons for size is welcome since the rainbow hardware and iridescent ones are both mini.

I'm weird and I don't really end up using black handbags. I gravitate towards light neutrals and colors, so I vote white with black hardware (actually considered buying it during the sale but opted for something else). However, I can see why people love black and it won't show dirt as bad. So, if you want to go the black bag way, I like either the gold or rainbow. I don't know if that helped at all lol! I love my mini mac. I don't think you can go wrong, especially with the sales prices.

I love the all black one but I think the mini MAC with the rainbow hardware is nicest! I was so tempted bu one of the iridescent bags in the sale but decided against it as I couldn't find a good photo of what it would look like in person.

I think color is just preference and what you need. I would definitely recommend the regular size over mini, regular does not look big at all but I think you'll like having some extra room. I have 3 regular MACs: silver, bright pink, and nude, love them all! I don't have any black hardware bags, but I have heard those can chip.
