Hi all,

I recently fell in love with the Borough bag ( a little late I know). I would like to use it as a work bag and I take public transport to work. Please help me decide which Borough to get and the pros and cons of each if you do own them. Thank you.
The links below are not the exact bag I am getting, it's just a reference for how the bags look like (sorry I do not know how to attach image)

I'd pass on the first one as I think white would get dirty and marked up
The other two are both very nice. Pebbled leather would probable hold up best and that color is a nice neutral.

Oxblood edgepaint it's a beautiful bag, great neutral for all seasons plus the edgepaint in tan makes it a bit unusual. Good luck deciding :smile1: They are still at the outlets (new) for ~$300 (50%) off.

Oxblood! My oxblood mini is my most used Borough. Pebbled leather will probably hold up better than the other two, especially with the darker color. Second choice would be the gray, love the color, but I know some people have said that the glove leather scratches easily. Navy/white is gorgeous too, but I agree that it would be hard to keep clean, so that would be my last choice.

I just got a glove tanned Borough in camel at the outlet, and I think the leather is so pretty, that I vote for the gray. As mentioned, you will have to be pretty careful with it, though. Also as mentioned, they are at most $300 at the outlet (or way less; mine was $140). The oxblood is a close second, but I personally worry about it being too dark for spring/ summer for me, ymmv. I hear the pits on the boarskin get dirt trapped in them, which would be particularly bad on white.
Good luck on whichever one you pick! I know you will love it! I have 3, and I only got my 1st one in December, so you aren't too late at all.
If you are open to other color suggestions, my pebbled washed chambray has been my go-to bag (when the weather hasn't been completely horrible) since December. It still looks like new except for starting to relax a little, and the leather is nice and thick.

I have the glove leather in Camel. It did have a few very light scratches on it when I got it but after 2-3 weeks of use, it looks pretty much same. So if you're careful with your bags the glove leather isn't that delicate. But I'm sure the pebbled leather would be sturdier. Depends on which one you like and maybe what color bag you don't already have.
