Help look at the MONOGRAM ELLIPSE MM zipper pull~~

I got a pre-owned Monogram Ellipse MM from an ebay reputable powerseller but the zipper pull layer looks like that they have chipped off as picture shown. Anyone has experience like this? Can they be polished? Or nothing can be done about it but to replace them? If so, anyone know the zipper pull replacement quote? Thanks a lot lot~
