Help! Is this fixable?

Hi. I have an onthego mm bought bu my friend from Germany and the handles are peeling already. Is this fixable, and if so this is under my friend’s purchase. Can I bring it to the store?

I spoke to my SA about it. She said to bring it to her. Problem is I bought it in Germany and I am in Qatar. The receipt is in German. and named after my friend. Would it have any issues with the boutique?

I do not know the answer. But, perhaps call an LV customer service number or maybe there is an e-mail address contact for this question to be answered.

Don‘t worry, just bring it to LV store near you and get the handle or even the whole bag replaced. It doesn’t matter where you bought the item from or under whose name, LV will still take responsibility of their products. I had sent back many bags before, bought from many different countries, I didn’t provide them the receipts because some are many years old bags that I didn’t know where the receipts are.

I think it shouldn’t matter if it bought in a foreign country. You bought a product from them and if there is an issue, they need to asses it and let them take responsibility for a potential faulty product!
