Help! Is this coach purse authentic or not?

I just won an auction for a Large Coach Hamptons Carryall style #11063. I am not sure if it is authentic. I asked before I purchased it, and the seller says that it is. However, in other auctions of this style purse, I don't see the same little silver metal piece in the corner of the creed. What is that? Does this mean it is not authentic?

Since it took me forever to post all of those pics, could someone at least tell me if they know anything about what the tack thing could be? They don't need to authenticate my purse, but it would be nice to know what it means if anything? I have never seen it before!
