help!!! is this a manufacturing defect? Should i change?

  1. I just bought my first lv today at a local boutique i checked everything but missed out on one part... now when i got home i found that the side got a bit of manufacturing fault.. is it normal? please advise.

  2. Is it missing filler on the corner? I think I would take it back and ask for replacement.
     
  3. I would, too. I don't think it's a defect, they just didn't glaze all the way.
     
  4. I can't really tell what it is, like a ding or dent or something....If it bugs you I would definitely take it back and exchange it!

  6. hi all, thanks for the reply.. its actually a dent.. means the surface is not full.. i also not sure if they will change it for me... pray hard that they will!!!

  13. They should if you still have the receipt. You have 14 days to return and 30 days to exchange.
