Help! Is this a fake Luco Tote Louis Vuitton

I just bid on a Louis Vuitton on eBay, I haven't paid yet but I have a sinking feeling the bag is one of those knock-offs. The seller listed it an authentic but it is a stock picture from a knock-off site. I asked for a date code and the response was TH0002. Also that the bag was made in France. The seller also stated she just received the bag as a gift two months ago. After researching, I realize this bag was discontinued. This is the picture below. Only the watermark was not on the picture posted on eBay. It's on a knock-off site. Can anyone help me out!

More than likely a fake... sorry and I hope you can get your money back.
