Help! Is the common for a new Marmont?

Hi everyone,

I received my new Gucci marmont mini today and it came these creases and a long stretch line near the top. I already have a super mini in another colour and it’s still in perfect condition even after use. My SA says it’s normal for the bigger mini to have markings like this as the leather is softer.

I’m bummed as I can’t exchange this for another piece as this was the last piece in white. Is this normal for a brand new bag and should I keep the bag?

I‘d say that it is pretty common. I needed to exchange my Marmont bag four times until I got one without any stains, stitching mistakes or creases. Still, if I was you I would not accept this condition especially when taking into account the bag‘s price tag. Really sorry for you
