I found this piece that I’d really like for my wedding in a bridal salon today. They can’t order it for me and unfortunately don’t have any information about the piece to give me. I’d buy the store model but it’s obvious that it has some wear from years of being in the display. Any help identifying the brand or something that may be similar to this piece would be greatly appreciated. Please post links or info of any kind that you may have. Thank you so much!!

How about getting it custom made? A local bead store should be able to make something similar for you.
I would try looking at vintage and antique jewellery to find something like that.
