help identifying a purse

I'm new here. I have a bag fetish and i saw a woman with a bag I really want but couldn't get to ask where it came from.....

It was a shoulder bag. With large outside pockets. It was a purplish silver suede with a dragon on the side. Very striking, very lush looking.

I have no idea who may have made it or where it came from but would love to get it!!
