Help identifying a handbag

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to help my cousin find a handbag that she saw someone carrying and really likes it. The only thing we have to go on is a description of the bag.

Here is the description:
It was a black purse with silhouettes of women on it. The silhouettes were pink, green, yellow, and blue. It was spotted approximately a year ago. The person carrying it said "she paid a lot" for it, so we're assuming it is a high-end brand.

If anyone has any insight as to who the designer is, please let me know!

I have a feeling it may be a Dooney & Bourke. They're big on the "repeating design" on a black or white background thing.

i dont think it was a dooney... i am a big fan. I dont remember that one. the only option it could be is one from this year, the tattoo bag. I think the lulu is right. I have seen those bags in similar styles
