It looks like the Ziegfeld Collection daisy pendant with black onyx and pearls (not sure if this is the right name). I think it's no longer available.

This came out in 2013 as part of the Ziegfeld collection, I don’t know the exact name of the necklace. It was inspired by the movie The Great Gatsby.
