Help ID: Whitney Port's shoes & dress from The City

Hi ladies! Can anyone please help me ID who makes Whitney's black heels & black open back mini dress that she wore in the premiere of The City on her date w/ Jay? I've attached some pics, but I apologize that they're super tiny and the quality isn't the best. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately I couldn't find the Fendi's you were talking about on the link you provided. I tried searching around, but no luck.
I do think they may be the Dolce Vita's that mrsfashionita suggested, since I know Lauren def wears Dolce Vita as well.

Oooh I found the Fendi's (attached)! Those are super cute, and look incredibly similar. Comparing them side by side I do think that Whitney is wearing the Dolce Vitas. What do you all think? The pic of Whit's shoes is so small it's hard to tell...

No probs! I'm not 100% sure on the Dolce Vita's - i think the heel of Whitney's is thinner - like the Fendi's but the inside of Whitney's heel is nude and the Fendi's are black.. so i'm stumped!

I found some heels similar to the first pair Whitney is wearing on her date w/ Jay, but these have a larger front platform, and they are made by Bebe (attached). They look cute, but I still would like to know which ones Whitney is wearing
