Help ID Serena's sequin cardigan from GG

can anybody help ID Serena's cardigan from episode 21 of season 2. she wore it when she was at Eleanor Waldorfs dinner.
i can't find a picture yet, but if i do i will post it.
any help in the meantime of where it is from and where i can get it.
