i think its a Samantha Thavasa New York edition..
Here in Japan, that brand is huge and i love them.. Paris Hilton is one of their endorsers and so is Maria Sharapova,Beyonce,Nikki Hilton, Penelope Cruz and her sister,Victoria Beckham and other celebs...
