I'm not really seeing enough detail on the boots that make then distinct enough to identify? If you're looking at her legs, I'm not sure but I think that she's wearing short black slouchy boots with over-the-knee socks/tights. Could be wrong, though

It's difficult to see in this picture, but if you look closely in the pic here: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/article1878423.ece, you can see that the cut-out detail goes almost down to her toes.

They're definitely boots, but I can't seem to find out who makes them -- Jeffrey Campbell's "Zola" boot has the exact same pattern, but it's a flat slouchy boot.

They look like Alaia to me, although I've never seen those particular boots in his collections.
