HELP! I got a pen mark on my RM :(

The bag is the charcoal grey MAM, so it isn't really light colored (thankfully). Has anyone else tried using a white plastic eraser? Is it just like one on the end of a pencil? (Sorry a little confused)

^Kinda, only it's the white version (stealing from GUNG's post):

You can get them at drugstores and office supply or art stores. A little light rubbing will take off dirt, color transfer and some pen marks.

OMG!! I just discovered a blue pen mark on one of the handles of my sage MAB =[ I have NO idea how it got there!!! Any ideas how to remove the mark without taking out the color of the leather? Would any advise me to send it to a leather specialist (although I've discovered they're not miracle workers)?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

LADIES!!! I used an eraser on my stone MAM and it took off some color too, the glazing on the leather, and it is noticable...so don't do that!

Take it to a leather shop, not shoe repair bc they will tell you its hopeless.

Be careful removing pen marks with erasers, it does take off the color/pigment from the leather. Take it to some where professional.
lovingmybags.com is really good with removing pen marks, they first remove the marks, which also results in extracting the pigment from the leather and then add the color or pigment back to the leather. But they are pricey about $100.

Not sure about a pen mark, but I once got a couple black scuffs on my tangerine MAM. I'm still not sure what it was, but it was 2 black(kinda sticky to the touch) scuff lines. I *gently* buffed at the scuffs with a Wet Ones wipe(being careful to apply too much pressure or scrub) and after a couple of minutes - they came off and the bag was good as new. I carry a travel pack of Wet Ones(as recommened by Gung in her thread) in my bag for any touch-ups like this - but according to her thread, this is the only brand of wipe that she would recommend.
