Help!! I can't decide!!

Hello

We are going on holiday (Italy) and since we're going by car I can take a lot of luggage with me. But I can't decide wich bags to take with me. I don't want to take more than three or four. Can you please help me? I wear mostly dresses and want to take the bags from day to night...

I narrowed the selection to the bags you see in the pictures. Which bags would you choose and why?

Lovely collection and hard to make a choice!
My first choice would be the Chanel flap...classic, looks great with a dress and can go from day to evening plus black goes with everything AND has a shoulderstrap.
Second would be the Kelly...classic, a little more sporty, but can go into evening nicely, shoulderstrap and looks good with a dress. On the down side a PITA to open/close with all the shopping you'll do. LOL!
Third choice is tough. Maybe the Lady Dior in Rose Poudre. Nice summer color, looks great with a dress and easy to carry.

I'd take

• Chanel GST - good for the day when you may need to carry purchases, brochures, snacks, water bottle, etc.

• Lady Dior Rose - it's a great summer color and will work with colors when black is too harsh

• Silver Chanel - Perfect for going out in day when you don't want or need to carry much and effortlessly transitions to evening

If I picked a 4th it would be the Kelly because it is a different "style" than the 1st 3 and would give me more flexibility in my wardrobe choices.

But, all of your bags are gorgeous and you can't go wrong with any of them. Pair them with the outfits you are taking and enjoy!!!!

Thank you so much for your opinion! You both have really good points. I think I make my final decision tomorrow.

I am quite new to the forum and it's so nice to have people who really understand the struggle. Most of my friends would be like: come on, it's just a bag!

The Kelly for use during the day since you seem like the traveler to have everything on you, and can even be used at night since it's on the small side.

Lady Dior Rose. It's a great summery color and fits all the basics when traveling.

Chanel Jumbo. Not only does it have GHW when the other two have SHW, but it's also dressy enough for formal evening events (although the other two can suffice as well!).

If I can only take 3....

- Chanel GST, good for shopping days.
- Chanel Med, versatile for day to night
and can wear the bag differently when
U adjust the strap.
- LV Alma BB for that cute look n if
U want small trendy size. Can be
handheld or use as crossbody.

I vote for:
1) Chanel Flap for a black shoulder bag
2) Kelly for excursions & color
3) One of the LV Vernis for rainy days
4) silver Chanel mini for evenings

On a side note, hope you have insurance coverage for your bags as theft/robbery is unfortunately too common during the tourist season in Europe and it sounds like you will have them left in your car some of the time. Had my purse stolen from right under my nose in an Athens cafe years ago, and my cc was charged with minutes for a fur coat. Thank goodness I wasn't held responsible and I wasn't into designer purses then.
