I'm looking to purchase a YSL Cassandra in the medium size with a top handle. Since it is rather pricey I'd like it to be a year round bag, so which color would best work for that? I don't want black because I already have one and really wanted a fun, bright color that could be worn during all seasons. YSL tends to use such a dark palette, though. There's an ivory but would that be winter appropriate? Then there's a warm beige but the hardware is silver and I just think gold would've looked so much better. Finally, the red one is quite dark. I've attached pictures of all 3 for reference. Thanks for helping a girl in need out!Screenshot_20200305-181757_Chrome.jpg Screenshot_20200305-181827_Chrome.jpg Screenshot_20200305-181730_Chrome.jpg

I think all of those would be perfectly appropriate for all seasons, winter included. The third one maybe less so because it has quite a warm undertone, but you have to take into account your winter wardrobe as well.

I'd pick the oxblood/purple one.

That's the one I'm leaning towards actually. It'd be a heck of a lot easier to keep clean also. Thanks for your input!

I’m with everyone else in picking the darkest colour from the three. Just my thoughts but I feel it would be easier to use year round which is what you say you want. All lovely though!

Sadly I bought the burgundy bag but am returning it. The logo clasp is way too flimsy and can be opened by pulling on it. Also, the shoulder strap falls at a weird, too-short length on me when worn crossbody. My hunt for the perfect structured top handle bag continues (until I can afford a Kelly ). I have my sights set on the Chloe Aby in the same color next...
