You will never be happy with that bag, return it.
The seller should have disclosed this information, but as someone stated above, the smoking seller may not realize how her stinky bag reeks.

So sorry this happened to you since it sounds like you really like the bag.

Go to Home Depot and buy Volcano rocks. They take the odor out of anything. I suggested this to a coworker whose car was flooded after it rained. It smelled like mildew and wet dog combined. She got one small bag of Volcano Rocks at Home Depot (~$6) and it took the stench out of her entire car. Her car was only 4 yrs old Mercedes Benz.
