Help! How to undo "transfer" staining on a blush patent?

i'm not quite sure i understand "it works wonderfully when the stain is not penetrated" how do i know if its really penetrated. i have a bag that got color transfer from another bag's dust bag.

Here is a thought, call ArtBag in NY, NY, fixes chanel, dior, etc., There's Modern Leather in NY NY, also there is a place Rago Brothers shoe repair. They repair all Dior bags. They can re-glaze patent. I heard Windex removes stains on patent. That's what both Artbag and Modern Leather told me. If it picks up something from lettering, just use windex. I h esitate to tell you that. Call them first. I was this about the LADY DIOR CLassic Patent. They told me their patent was excellent and if there was transfer to use Windex Give them a call. Rago Brothers Forrestown NJ 973-539-7949. Don 't use the windex unless you speak with them. You can ruin the bag. Good Luck ...
