I was there this weekend too. What were you wanting to order?

Side note. Did you see the 28cm box Kelly w/gold hardware? Wonder if it is still sitting pretty on the shelf next to the vert anis Lindy and natural barenia w/ toile Bolide.

^LOL, that Kelly has been there for awhile now! Poor Kelly. And someone get that Vert Anis Lindy in Swift!!!!! I got to fondle it and hated letting it go.

Hmmm...the South Coast sales are so rude, aren't they? They tell you they have none available. Will not call you if they ever do. And PO and SO are closed (forever). No. No. No. No. no, no, no!

These people are insane.

You might have better luck at Beverly Hills, Las Vegas. Or when you travel to Europe. I would think of all the possible birkin combinations acceptable, and just check out my luck when I'm there.

Wasting $$$ at South Coast H won't get you anywhere. I've spent over $10,000 there and I've gotten nothing but ******** from them.

I have had the most amazing people help me at South Coast Plaza.
Maybe you have been stuck with the same salesperson who is not of great service to you. Have you thought of using someone else in the same store?

interesting, I thought it was just me getting this treatment from SCP. I live in AZ and vacation summers in Laguna and have bought acessories in person in SCP. i always call the same SA and he didn't even return my call this last time when i was looking for a bearn chevre trifold and click clack bangle. I recently visited my sister in the southeast US and went to a smaller H boutique in her state thanks to a fellow tpf'er referral, they got my business and I got what i wanted, a bearn chevre turquoise trifold, two twillys, and hopefully better service in the future. C'mon, things cannot be so good that SCP has the luxury of not even returning calls for an easy sale??? I didn't even ask for a birkin, jeez...:confused1:

That's odd. I just recently purchased a Birkin from SCP. They were extremely cordial and polite as always. 1 month prior to my purchase they called me and offered me another Birkin that I didn't care for. I must tell you though, I only work with one SA and I always call him before I walk in that day so I know he should be expecting me and bringing out new goodies for me to see each time.
*Don't expect to land a Birkin on your first visit/first purchase.

yes, Hawaii is super! My first and only H purchase ( bracelet) was made at the H store not the ala moana one, the other one and they were so nice! I was asked if I wanted to see any bags! ha ha I am sure they did not mean a Birkin or Kelly but I felt special because they asked:p
