Help! How to keep the Judith Leiber bag?

I got one about one year ago. I dont use it much, just in special event, and for the rest, i keep it in the dust bag. But the crystal keep falling down. I kept all the piêces which fall out but not sure how to stick it to the bag, cause where I live dont have any Judith store. And what should i do to make the crystal stay last forever? Please, give me some adivce.

I see this was back in August. Maybe if you come back you'll see this.

My wife has nearly 300 JL items of various types. Many of the items I've purchased for her have been from Ebay. Used JL usually is missing a few crystals.
