This is the vintage crinkled leather version, correct? The material of the bag looks like it was treated with an almost patent-like finish. (giving it that shiny appearance)
I think I would first ask my SA, and maybe bring it in to see if the store can do anything about it.
Based on the photos, it looks like it was rubbed or pressed against something like black plastic or rubber.
Do you have a suede eraser you could try? I've also heard that a small amount of vaseline with a q tip can help.
