Help! Gucci Marmont damage??

Hey everyone! I just got this lovely Marmont flap bag and accidentally stored it lying down on the chain strap. Now there are these indentations on it. Will this go away after some time or does anyone know how to make it go away? I haven’t even used this yet! I’m so sad! Thank you!

I put it in everything (except nylon). LV canvas, soft leather, saffiano textured leather.... it’s amazing. My fendi leather messenger bag also had creases that were created by the metal buckles and apple lotion fixed it. It didn’t look as bad as yours but I’m hopeful. Just put a lot on it and let it air out.

I think the dents will looks less severe with time and maybe even disappear completely.

But try to “plump” the leather with as mentioned apple lotion or any suited leather treatment.
If not instructed otherwise, try to let the lotion sit on the leather for as long as possible and then wipe off.
