hi everyone! I just received my first pair of Tory burch Tumbled reva. I have narrow heels and have been genetically blessed with bunions so I sized up to half a size to 8.5 to accommodate for the bunion and the fact that my right foot is about half a size larger than my left. I purchased these toryburch.com during their friends and family sale and have never tried them on in person. so my question is it suppose to be scrunched up that much in the heel area or is it too big?ImageUploadedByPurseForum1398980039.390190.jpgImageUploadedByPurseForum1398980049.857320.jpg

btw the toryburch.com packaging is so cute and well done!

From my experience and what other SA's have told me the back should be scrunched up and just grip your heel. As long as you don't slip out of the shoe the length should be fine. Hope this helps!

thanks so much! I just noticed also that the sole is already peeling off the bottom! :( I haven't even worn them

Oh dear! Is that the norm? I'll choose to return it as it just didn't seem right. I have a trusted cobbler that I resole all my new leather shoes with. I found that the support is better after resoling them and the shoes last longer.

I'm eyeing a pair myself but unsure of sizing as I read it tends to loosen with wear. I'm usually a 9.5.

Go a half size up. I wear a 9.5 myself. Bought two pairs of Revas on the shopbop sale at my size. They were too small. No shoe should hurt in the first two minutes of wear. These did, so back they went. I got a pair at the TB outlet after trying them on at a size 10. They work for me.
