Hi everyone! I'm looking into buying my first designer bag and I've been having a bit of trouble making a decision. I'm in my early 20s, a full-time law school student, and a part-time paralegal. My budget is ~2,000.00 USD.
Here are the bags I'm currently considering and a brief description of why I like them/why I'm hesitant in buying them:
Here are the bags I'm currently considering and a brief description of why I like them/why I'm hesitant in buying them:
- LV Neonoé in Black: I think this bag is really cute and I like that there's a decent amount of interior space and that it's less common than the Neverfull. However, I'm a little concerned with physical longevity and resale value because it's a newer bag, and I don't like the way it looks when worn crossbody. I've also noticed that a lot of women who own this bag are typically older than me.
- LV Neverfull MM in DE: I like that this bag is a tote, so I could use it for school (although not a priority), and I like that it's a classic, so I could potentially use it for a very long time. However, a lot of people have this bag where I live and, outside of work and school, I typically wouldn't carry such a big bag.
- Gucci GG Marmont Small Matelassé in Black Leather: I think this bag is SO cute and I love that it can be worn three ways and that it has a decent amount of interior space. However, I'm very concerned with the fact it is a "trend" bag and I've seen a lot of people saying that it is currently fading out.
