I've been searching around for a cool watch for a while. I'd like one with hour markers [how do you possible tell time without them?! Haha.] and the date, but it's not necessary. I already have a stainless steel Fossil watch with a blue face, so I'm looking for something different.
Digital always works for me as well, but I'd like it to be a classy watch that I can wear with everything.

I'd really like to try to find one that's no more than $150, but if it's a little over, that's fine.

Ummm....do you prefer a round dial? How big? I found this from Rotary. You can change the dial around.

Rotary Women's Reversible Dial Stainless Steel Watch available through ShopNBC or World of Watches.com. Only 130 USD at shopnbc. WoW is 152, but free shipping and maybe a discount. It is a smaller tank style, but that's the kind that you could wear for ever. Swiss Made. Two different dials--one is black with CZ, the other is a simple tank. It is a decent watch for your price range. If you could go just a little higher, then you could a Citizen or Bulova. Also, Invicta has some neat watches for about 120 or under.

I usually gravitate towards round dials, but I've had rectangular ones before. Also, a large face is fine with me, but nothing gigantic. The face of my current Fossil watch is a little smaller than a quarter.

I'll definitely check those suggestions out! Thank you.

I like the $500 and under club for watches, b/c I get them wet, dirty, scratched, and beat up....I'm a true soccer mom w/3 kids (and all that entails-coaching, running, sporting, sidelining, etc).

For my basic, everyday watches, I hunt til it has everything of the upper guys, and still all the functional stuff I want. Here are my last two watch purchases: bulova marine star in white mop on face, dias on dial, and pink leather band, and then I just got a seiko chronograph w/pink mop dial and all the day/date alt settings. Both retailed at over $300 (3 and 5, respectively), and I got both on sale. I just got my seiko for Christmas to myself, and on sale, it was still over your price, but it is nice, stainless, w/diamonds, can go in water, has a sapphire dial, and other fun stuff, but won't hurt your feelings if it breaks. They both keep good time too-since we're talking about watches and swiss movement and all...heheh.
