Nope. Nowhere near that high for stainless steel and the aftermarket bezel (if it is) lowers value because Cartier won't service anything with an aftermarket bezel. A nice Cartier Tank In the smaller size doesn't command as much as the medium or large either due to the shift toward larger faces. I can buy a really nice used Cartier tank for around $2,300 to $2,500.
The additional diamonds maybe an extra $1,500. But only if they aren't an aftermarket addition. Otherwise only $500 extra as they are only .3 chips and it means you can't have your watch serviced. I wouldn't buy any Cartier with a diamond bezel unless they could prove it came that way from Cartier.
So, I might pay 5,000 for that if it's fully from Cartier. I wouldn't pay that much if it's an aftermarket bezel, because there is no hope of ever sending it to Cartier for service. That said, I've seen these with the original diamond bezel well under $6,000.
In a medium or large size, add $1,000 to $1,500. Adds to the desirability a lot. It's hard to tell which size this is but it looks like the smaller one.
But the issue is whether or not the bezel is aftermarket. If it is, then if you are selling, it would be a really important thing to disclose, that it could never be serviced by Cartier. Just like Rolex. They won't service anything with an aftermarket bezel.
Hopefully this is not, but honestly I think Cartier only made diamond bezels on their full white gold watches, not stainless steel. So I'm guessing the bezel is aftermarket. For me personally, that would make it worth less than a plain stainless tank. Otherwise, if you ever need it fixed, no hope of Cartier ever working on it. Warranty is toast.
