Help![emoji24] Gucci marmont magnet snap issue

Hello I was opening my brand new Gucci marmont and the magnetic closure was strong /stuck together. I pull it open and this happened? Do you think Gucci would repair it?

They absolutely should. Take it back to where you bought it ASAP along with the receipt (although they will also have a record)
