I was just at a D&B Outlet in Destin, FL and the SA told me they do 20% across the board; HOWEVER, each line has a different additional discount. For example, the Boldrini line was an additional 40% off and a lot of the Cindy's were an additional 30% off.

May you find good deals on your visit to the Destin outlet. I hope you do better than I did when I went there. I live in the area and finally got a chance to stop and shop, but I must have hit a bad time.

A girl met me at the door and gave me a coupon for 50% off. I thought "Great!" But, then I looked closely and it was 50% off the factory price, not the outlet price. They were dicounting irregulars and seconds at 50% off retail - when I can get 50% off on the website just by waiting until the style I like goes on sale. I hope they do better later in the season. It may be that they are higher right now because we are heading into the tourist season. Didn't find any bargains in the Coach store either and Cole Haan was closed for remodeling.

You might can find one for a very good discount. The last I was there they had bags retailing 295.00 for like 105.00 and some less. I saw a whole selection of all-weather leather ones there. If you don't live near one find someone who do and ask them to pick up one for you. That is how I get a lot of bags from outlets.

Hello. I was wondering if anyone knew what the return policy for Dooney and Bourke outlet stores were. I received a gift and it has an outlet sticker on one of the tags. There was no gift receipt included. Even though it was a well meaning gift, I rather get something bigger and just pay the difference. I'm pretty sure it was paid with a credit card, so would they be able to look up the person? I know when I shop at D&B b&m stores they have my name on file. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

My last purchase there, I read that all sale purchases are final, so if they got it with any kind of in-store promotional price or coupon, it would be a final sale item. It never hurts to go in a ask, though, if you can exchange a gift. Good luck!

In the last few years, I've only purchased Dooney items at the Outlet -- have now been to the one at Cabazon and recently, the one in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas store has a tremendous selection. I'm not a logo/signature girl, so I don't buy those bags for Dooney or Coach, etc.

I got SUCH good deals at the Vegas outlet. I got a set of the purple nylon pleated large and medium wristlet and cosmetic case at half off of the clearance price! to complete it, i got the small nylon pleated in purple coin case on zappos. it was a tiny bit more, but i love my set.

(I usually get vera bradley or le sportsac matching inside-purse sets so it's easy to change bags and they're just pretty)

I got a set of the dooney and bourke pleated calf leather in bordeaux for so cheap you cannot believe it (the small and medium wristlets were 15 and 18!). I hesitated to buy the checkbook organizer wallet because I thought it would be too heavy but it was such a deal ($49) I got it. And i have buyer's remorse because it IS too heavy. It's so nice, though. will probably try and sell on ebay to recoup.

^^^ I can't wait to go to the outlets myself. I usually don't go because it's a bit of a distance away so I hope my trip is worth it. It sounds like you ladies found some great buys, the shops better not disappoint! Have you noticed the same return policy as greenpixie (in-store promotions are final sale)?

Are the DB outlets still only allowing a few purchases at a time? I seem to remember that there was some kind of restriction.

And OP, if you don't find what you want at the outlet, I would reccommend a Longchamp for your all weather bag. There are plenty of colors to choose from too! :smile1:

On the back of the receipt the outlet return policy states "As these items are not for resale, we respectfully reserve the right to limit purchaes made in this store to 6 bags per year." I'm not sure if this is actually enforced.

Be EXTREMELY careful of Dooney & Bourke. They are known for very poor customer service. They do not honor their "Unconditional Warranty". I have a leather bag that had the leather wear away within a few months & they told me it was excessive use! I guess unconditional has some conditions!

Do you know is All Weather Leather bags show up at the outlet as well??

I just have to go to a D&B outlet one day....

In January I puchased a Dooney bag at the outlet for $63. Retail was $198 and it was just now being reduced in retail stores, so from the previou season and fairly recent. Definitely not made especially for the outlets. My mom also got a bag for a similar discount that was from the same season, and the matching wristlet for about half price. I also got one of the clear lunch tote bags for $15. This was at the Woodbury Commons Central Valley, NY outlets.
