Help deciding between 2 versace la greca bags

Hello,
I'm considering one of these two bags:

Versace la greca bucket bag:
Pros - I love bucket bags, the fabric colour is beautiful
Cons - the fabric might be delicate, not sure how often I would use it

Versace la greca pouch:
Pros - practical, pretty colour, can be dressed up or down
Cons - the chain attachment is at the back of the bag so unsure how it would 'hang', is it too boring?

I have an appointment to view both bags in a few weeks but in the meantime I thought it could be helpful to get some second opinions x

I'd go for the bucket bag. I like the shape, it's very user-friendly, and I think the leather belt with the charm adds considerably to the bag's appearance. The envelope clutch/chain bag is just a tad too boring for my taste, too. (But this would be different for everybody, of course!)

Thank you, it's proving to be a really difficult choice for me, I kind of want them both but the bag budget won't allow it

I'm going to be a bit blunt, and say that I'm not too keen on either of them.

However, if I had to choose, I'd choose the bucket bag.

I feel that the shape of the bucket bag suites the angular print more, it helps give it a more 3-dimentional feeling.
While the pouch feels like they just slapped a print on it, and called it a day (feels very flat and one dimentional).

Also, for the pouch, I kind of expected a small Medusa head (or even a Medusa engraving on the button) where that flat button is. It just looks so plain and "not Versace" to me.

Just my initial thoughts when I compare the two. Happy shopping and enjoy your new bag!

So I recently managed to view both bags in store, and surprisingly found myself underwhelmed by the bucked bag, but loved the candy pink of the envelope clutch. I've ordered the clutch online and will update with more photos once it arrives and if I plan to keep it.

So the bag arrived, I love it . Really practical being canvas not leather, fits my pixel 6 Pro, and the chain feels lovely. I have always fancied an LV pochette felicie but this Versace is slightly roomier and fulfills a similar function in my collection - plus it's a really fun shade of pink.

Sorry for the late reply, I just discovered your post. How do you like your pink Versace bag? Is it holding up? I am thinking of plunging into Versace bags.
