:S same here! i love lambskin but a lot of tpfers here have mentioned that the red lambskin looks a bit orangey as well..i havent seen the 10C red lamb IRL yet so ive only based my decision on the photos that ive seen on the forum..in the photos the red looks perfect though..i guess just follow ur heart, pick whichever one u  the most..pls do let me know which one uve decided on in the end..im struggling to make up my mind too..and only have less than 2 weeks to decide

Go with lambskin if you love it! From the photos I've seen, lamb seems to bring out the color much more vibrantly. So eye-catching and stunning! Plus, lambskin always brings the luxurious feel of any bag up a notch as compared to caviar.

I would vote for the lamb! I don't prefer one material over the other in general, but I saw both the lamb & caviar today, and I feel that the lamb looks more luxurious for this particular color.

:yahoo:ure my hero!! i kept changing my mind cos im afraid i might not like it since a friend is helping me get it..but now that ive heard from some1 whos seen it IRL ive decided to get it

Go with caviar! Yes, the color on the lambskin is much more saturated & beautiful...but lambskin is higher maintenance & the quilting will flatten over time. I was initally a lambskin girl when I started with Chanel but have since changed to caviar. I can now enjoy my bags worry-free & I can count on the fact that my bags will always look brand spankin' new.

ITA , so my vote is for the caviar too!

I cannot decide. The lambskin appears to have a little orange tone..wnd the caviar is a little darker. But i love lambskin. Which one should I get?

Didn't u just said you love lambskin?
Get the lamb since u love it! Personally, My lamb needs a lot more babying than my Caviar. To make my life less stressful, I prefer Caviar. They are so hardy and still look brand new after years!

I saw both today. I'd pick lambskin. The lambskin on this bag is definately a little more 'hardier' than usual. It has a fabulous finish to it that seems quite resilient for lamb. Besides when both are side by side, there's just no comparison. The red lamb is beyond incredible.

J*Adore, it seems that you prefer the lambskin; however, you favor the darker color on the caviar. If I may ask, did you see the comparison color from photos ? Or did you see directly ? If you saw it from the photos, the color’s tone might change due to the camera’s light. It's safer to see the comparison directly...

Thanks everyone. I did see both side by side IRL. I love the deeper red on the caviar, but the lambskin is just divine. So I've bought the lambskin...yay.

Just that red lambskin is harder to come by nowadays. and I took it home and look at it in natural light, it's actually not that orangey. So i'm glad that i got the lamb. Would be happy with the caviar too. I got the cobalt blue caviar maxi too. :yahoo:

this seaon is really bad for me...love all the colours...bought a yellow lamb woc as well, and totally inlove with the marine lambskin. but i gotta stop. :P oh..and the black patent..it's so chic.
