Help! Color Transfer on calf skin

I have a black nightingale tote with olive green handles. I just saw that the handles got black color transfers from the body of the bag Also, when i try to wipe the bag the color transfers to the cloth also! What do i do? Is this normal with black givenchys? This is my first givenchy bag.

not to my knowledge. did it sit in the sun or was exposed to something out of the ordinary?

I have a black in goatskin, used to own black in lsmbskin and calf as well, never encountered any issue for color transfer!
