help! cleaning & repair in singapore

Hi Ladies, I need to repair and clean my balenciaga, which has some fading in some parts of the bags. I called the boutique in Singapore and they said they use a place called Color Wash which is located in Meritus. Has anyone ever use their service or maybe you have a better recommendation?

These pictures show how bad my dearest bag needs repair and cleaning.
