I chipped the side of one of my diamond studs. Does anyone know if a bezel setting would cover the chip up? I don’t want to throw it away.

Yeah, a bezel setting should camouflage the chip as long as the defect doesn't run across the diamond's entire line of cleavage in that area.
It’s a straight piece of diamond that came off. Whilst it doesn’t run the entire diameter of the diamond by far, it runs along one side of the diamond, right at the very far edge. You only notice it if you’re looking really closely. I’ve had them for years, and I can’t afford to just go and buy another stone. Not now. I’m gutted, tbh.
I’m so sorry. I feel your pain I really do. I have a “thing” about chipped stones. It bothers me so much. Highly sensitive.
But if a jeweler can hide it with a prong for now and it’s in your ear, then I think you will be ok for now.

I'm sorry. A jeweler with a good bench may be able to polish it out or put it in a setting that covers the chip. How large is the stone?
You can either get it covered with a reset or get a jeweller to polish the chip out. You will lose a bit of weight on the stone with the second option however I have seen before and after pics that look amazing with only the tiniest bit of weight loss.
