Help:Chanel slingbacks scratched.

I have a Chanel related question. I bought classic two tone nude black slingbacks and got a deep scratch on the shoe and wiping off with a cream did not help really. I got them on August so they are quite new. Do you know any remedy? My SA actually told me to paint it to a similar color but I don’t know what the color is exactly. I got color champaigne and beige from angelus and neither of them did really match.
Any ideas?

Wear and enjoy them for now. Once they get some additional wear, a good cobbler will be able to freshen them up and repair that spot. Don’t try to paint them yourself.

Is the surface of the leather scratched off? Ive used a magic eraser (non-abrasive one) on my white ones and they looked brand new after

Thanks a lot. I will definitely try the magic eraser but I doubt it will do anything. It looks like a deep scratch. I’d love to enjoy them but it happened the first time I wore them that is why I’m troubled
