HELP! Chanel Boy with Ruthenium hardware oxidised!

Does anyone else have this problem??

Not only is the hardware on the bag oxidised (gotten darker) the chain strap is noticeably afew shades darker than the hardware on the bag!!

I'm interested in seeing pictures too. I feel like the beauty of getting RHW is that it's low maintenance. I dont have to worry about it getting scuffed or dirty because it already looks aged and that way already haha.
I've had my boy with RHW for 6 years and it looks just like when I got it but then again, I haven't really looked at it closely like my other shw and ghw.
