Help! Car Shoe Gwyneth Paltrow Bag?

Hi ladies

I read that Prada owns Car Shoe and this bag I saw on Gwyneth Paltrow looks like it might be a car shoe bag. Help Pleaaaase.

Does this look like Car Shoe and if so does anyone know where I might find more Car Shoe, (other than NM, Berg and saks- I've looked). I LOVE this bag and must have it I have attached the best pics Ive got.
