Help cannot get on ebay

I'm so mad. I into my ebay account. I have a Mac computer and wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem.

Mine is fine. I suggest cleaning out your cache and/or using another browser. You can also try to gain access to your account through eBay.com or any other international eBay - username and passwords are the same through the system.

This morning, I tried to pay for a bag and this message pops up when I click through to paypal:

Your request could not be processed at this time

This same message popped up three times starting from 8 a.m. today and most recently 9:45 this morning. Anyone else have this problem?
