Help! Can anyone ID for me?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if some of you would be able to help me out with this. There was someone here on the Hermes forum that did a reveal on the most gorgeous pair of Hermes earrings that I've ever seen but I don't quite remember how long ago I read the post. I was wondering if someone could ID them for me and also post a picture of them?? They were a pair of gold studs, the same studs that you would find on the collier de chien, except it was just one little pyramid-looking stud per ear. If someone out there can help me with this I would be forever grateful! TIA!

Thank you so much for your help! I've been wanting these for the longest.. do you know if Hermes still carries them because I know it's been a while since those pictures were posted..
