I just got my new glasses today

http://www.sunglasseschristiandior.com/ProductImages/Eyeglasses/Chanel/ch_3131_501_01.jpg

and I realized I need to get "screw in nose pads" for these glasses since I'm Asian and I have a flat nose.

The optician told me he can put the nose pads in but I need to find a pair of these nose pads from a pair of *plastic* (not metal) frames so he can solder it on.

Does anyone have a pr of old or broken glasses with the nose pads intacted(with the wire attachment in BLACK OR SILVER)?? If anyone can spare theirs I would be eternally grateful since I can't wear these glasses as they are now

Please PM me if you can help!

hi there! i just got a new pair of plastic frames from SEE, http://www.seeeyewear.com/, and i too am asian, and needed nose pads added. they were able to send them to a jeweler to do so which they have done for numerous customers. I just got them back and they look great! just a suggestion in case you can't find an old pair - i personally think it's odd he told you that you need to find the nose pads... i would just call around to different jewelers to see if they can do it.

hope that helps!

ps. very cute frames!

Really? Would you have a pic of your glasses with the screw in nose pads? I want to see how the end result looks like. How much did it cost you?
