Help! Buyer complaining about shipping fee..

I think you did the right thing. I have to say, I have only bought and never sold, but I totally don't get bidding on something (or making an offer on something) without taking into consideration the cost of the shipping. If I think it is too high and want to ask if something cheaper is possible, I would as before the auction ends (or before I submit my offer)!!
